A peek inside the case file
Finished stitch-outs from the first detectives are being gathered for this board. The week 3 and 4 designs stay under wraps, naturally.
Witness statements
“Having taken part in the Mystery, She Sewed, Cold Case Room 13, I thoroughly enjoy this experience and it was something different to do with embroidery. Each week for 4 weeks, you were given an overview of the story, 2 files to be stitched out for the clues (each week), which are very well designed and a riddle. Like a child at Christmas time I couldn’t wait for next instalment. So if you want to try your hand at something different, why not give this a go. Don’t forget as with all mysteries, not all is as it seems.”

Questions from the interview room
I’m a beginner. Can I really do this?
Yes. The designs stitch out without fancy techniques, the instructions assume no experience, and there are no deadlines. If you can hoop your fabric and press start, you can work this case.
I missed the live run. Can I still join?
Always. This case stays open. Your four weeks start whenever you join, so no one is ever late to an investigation.
When do my clues arrive?
Your case opens the moment you join, and your first envelope follows shortly after. From there, a new chapter with two designs arrives each week for four weeks.
What machine formats do you supply?
The designs come in PES, DST, EXP, XXX and JEF. If your machine needs a format that is not on that list, email me before you buy and I will see what I can do.
